Refund policy
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, all sales at Renge Designs are final. Each item is made to order specifically for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
However, we will replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
- Your order is lost in transit
To request a replacement or refund for any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We do not cover:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Slight colour variations due to screen display differences
