Production Time All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times (estimates after production):
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons (holidays, etc.), production and shipping times may be longer.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cathymukadah@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
